Ericka Laurent is a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner with over 9 years of nursing experience across neonatal, surgical, and primary care settings. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Keiser University and has consistently advanced in her career through a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
Fluent in Haitian Kreyol and trained in multiple clinical systems, Ericka blends cultural sensitivity with advanced clinical knowledge to provide inclusive, evidence-based care. Whether leading health assessments, managing home-based pediatric care, or coordinating complex NICU protocols, she remains focused on improving community health despite social determinants.
Currently serving as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse at GameDay Men’s Health, Ericka continues to impact lives through education, empowerment, and advocacy—ensuring that every patient encounter is met with empathy, excellence, and meaningful care.
